Unfortunately my better half fell and injured her ankle a few weeks ago
Her mobility is severely limited as ankle injuries are painful for weeks
Now we are on the 21st floor of a huge Wyndham hotel on the beach in P.C.B.
They have many dozens of luggage carts so I have one in our unit (with consent of the mgmt)
Thus I have become a rickshaw driver, put a beach chair on the cart
and wife on chair



Set her waitin in the parking garage entrance and bring the car so we can go to dinner
So far so good.  she is always still there when I get the car over to where she was

Hope she heals up quickly and you guys can enjoy the trip.

 Ingenuity at it's best! Also kudos to Wyndham for being accommodating. I hope your better half feels better soon. Not walking correctly affects just about every aspect of your life.

    I can TRULY relate as I laid down Phatt Ghurl in 16 and managed to break my left ankle.  And YES it hurt fer quite awhile afterwards. While I've Never met Bonnie let her know I Do feel her pain! And while She may not bel;ieve this it Will git BETTER!  RIDE SAFE.

Yes - good interim short term solution. I've had to resort to wheelchair (I had problems steering it / other inconvienances) and finally to a mobility scooter for my better half. She likes the mobility scooter much better. It also takes less space in a car....

We drove 12 Hrs friday and almost 6 yesterday

The honey do list here keeps getting longer, I may need another vacation soon

But at least I got the snap peas in the garden and the tomato and flower seeds started today
and the lawn mowed

and I just remembered I never called charliemac back  ooops

It was a fun trip and lunch was a hoot. What goes to Panama City stays in Panama City 

I did have to actually use a hose on the bike to get a thick layer of salt off. Only about the third forth time in 23 years I hosed her down  however, we're ready for the next adventure now!
