Canadian Icefields Road Trip (Day 12 – Part 2)

Day 12 – 6/29/09 (Part 2) --- 100 miles (Bow Valley Parkway, Lake Louise and Lake Moraine)
45 at 7 AM --- 74 at 5 PM

After lunch at Lake Louise, we rode to Lake Moraine and Valley of the Ten Peaks. This was another breath-taking ride. We rented a canoe and paddled the entire length of Lake Moraine. We then rode back to Banff via Trans-Canada 1. We saw our second, wild moose just before Banff exit. Of course, we had already put away the camera.
