how to change bulb on I/S trunk

Just had my first bulb go out on my I/S on the trunk. Can't find any info on how to access the bulb in owners or service manual.

I figured how to get the bulb out, the tiny one. It has 12v3w on it but no other numbers to identify it. Anyone know what to ask for at a parts store?

Pretty sure it is a T1-1/2 wedge based bulb.
