I bet that's just the shell of a dryer (or washer?) with no internals.

The single ratchet strap is the giveaway.

That strap should go around his neck for better support.

Yep , it seems that dryer is really crowding him out of the saddle, looks like operating the brakes could be painful.

Apparently, his wife told him that he couldn't go motorcycle riding because he had to go get her a new dryer.
