So yesterday morning we headed up North 169 headed to KC.  Temps were in the low 30's when we left, by the time we reached Ks. temps were in the mid 30's.   I don't recall exactly where but somewhere north of Coffeyville I spotted a single headlight approaching in my rear view mirror.  Soon this rider was on my bumper.  I looked down at the temp gauge and it said 36°.  We were traveling about 69mph,  I told my wife that guy has bigger knads than me riding that fast in temps that cold.

The rider soon passed me and as he did I realized it was a black Valk and the rider was wearing Priesthood Motorcycle Ministry jacket.  He was quickly out of sight not to be seen again.  So the question is was this anyone from the VRCC or does anyone know who it might have been?

I have no idea but God bless him. That man is definitely dedicated.  :cooldude:

:o That is crazy to me, cause that would bring temps way down at that speed. Maybe heated grips were added.  :???:  Couldn't imagine that speed at those temps.  :coolsmiley:
