Today was my turn. I've been wanting some durable riding pants and found an ad on Facebook for La Spartan riding gear. I bit hook line and sinker. I was skeptical on sizing to be ordering clothes on line but I took my best shot. Large was supposed to be 36-37 inch waist which I figured would work for me since I wear a 36" Levi in regular cut.

They arrived and I slipped them on. Won't even come close to buttoning up at the waist. Emailed the company, what do I do now? They will gladly exchange them but I have to pay freight  on my end for the return,,,, to China! Needless to say I'm not going to bite a second time. A $108.00 lesson I should have already learned.

many companies the last few yrs have changed their measurements.   I have an a older pair of dickies work jeans, went to walmart over a yr ago and brought another pair the size. get home, try them on two small. had to buy two sizes larger and then they fit like the older pair I have.
there was a UN agenda implemented during clintons yrs which changed sizes and esp the Metropolitan Insurance height/weight charts. whereas I was normal for my height and athletic  weight  and then per UN I was now obese.

I wear these carhartts 98% of the time.   colder temps I'll wear my motoport over them
