BUT due to weather onditions I only wadded up 50 miles!  :-X  I had planned about a 180 mile loop fer yesterday. The cross winds had decided to Really mess with me yesterday And I are NOT happy!  :crazy2:  MO 76 W to MO 95 S and instead of following MO 95 S all the way to US 160 I had to to MO 14 E back to MO 181 N and her current cave. All of those routes and lotsa others here in SoMo cross valleys bridges hills and power line cearing cuts. While the 12 G/W trike is heavier than my ol 99 I/S it also presents more cross section to wind! and that larger cross section became problematic on my ride yesterday. And that wind was outa the S All Day yesterday. Once or twice crossing a valley the wind took a good tug at my helmet! And yesterday showed vwe still buildin tha rapport! BUT as we here all KNOW any RIDE is Better than No ride!   :smitten:  RIDE SAFE.
Today is the tommorow you worried about yesterday. If at first you don't succeed screw it-save it for nite check.  1964  1968 U S Navy. Two cruises off Nam.

Serk

Glad you're getting some wind in! Only riding I've had since getting home from Eureka Springs was taking the 'Wing to get the front tire replaced (Double Darkside now! Woot!)

Last 100 miles or so getting to Dubuque IZ was the worst cross wind I've had outside of riding next to a tornado that one time.

I had to stop every 20 minutes or so and just get off the bike and let me brain congeal I was getting so scattered from fighting that wind.

Never ask a geek 'Why?',just nod your head and slowly back away...
