Hi All,

Does anyone knows how can I make contact with CoolSac? They are not on social, Nor there is any contact details listed on their web store, and they don't reply my messages I left via their 'Contact Us' page either. Reason being, I received a refund notice email from them for the grips I ordered, last week. I would like a explaination why is that happening, but there is no way I could reach them and get a reply.

The email address that they used to send me the order confirmation and refund notice email is not reachable.
