Driver's backrest

After installing pullback risers on my handlebars I notice more pressure on my tailbone from the more upright position. Are there any backrests that will fit an Ultimate Big Boy driver's seat apart from their own? They no longer have the original pattern.

I have a Utopia backrest with an Ultimate King Big Boy seat - which seems to FIT fine.  However, I'm not sure this will solve your particular issue.

I know its a side bar, but I have wish someone would design an adjustable driver backrest that attaches/mounts to the rear fender rails. I tryed the Utopia long ago and didnt like it.

I would say because most riders would think an out of sight mounting system for the backrest is nicer looking than a system mounted to the fender rails. I have no dog in this fight as I don't use backrest.

I hear ya... but if someone would make it chrome hardware, with an eye for esthetics and make is tasteful bling looking , it could work.....
