OEM Parts Interchangeability Question - Windscreen Bracket

Folks:

Are the OEM lower fairing/windscreen brackets for the Interstate (64515-MB4-000) and the Tourer (64515-MZ0-700) interchangeable?  They look pretty much identical in the images I've seen.

After looking at both on my IS and Tourer, it appears they are different.  The Tourer one is chromed and my IS one is not.  IDK if PO painted the IS one, I didn't.

It also seems there are slightly different in the curved sections.

The Tourer one also holds the Headlight bracket that is not on the IS.

The graphic also shows bolts with that headlight bracket, but the windscreen bracket has stud posts. 

They do different jobs, Tourer holds the screen, IS holds the fairing.

Without holding them up next to each other, I believe the only common denominator is the studs placement.

So I didn't really help you much.

No, quite the opposite, you actually helped a bunch - thanks!

I don't own an Interstate, but noticed these fairing parts are more readily available than the windscreen mounting hardware for the Tourer (which are nearing unobtanium status) . . . thinking maybe I could make it fit.
