New clutch slave cylinder massive leak

I'm hoping someone has seen this before. I replaced the clutch slave cylinder with a new one. I also put new copper washers on both hydraulic lines. I managed to reverse bleed the clutch circuit and had good feel at the lever. Testing it the clutch would not release. Then I noticed large puddles of brake fluid under the bike. I'm guessing it's the hydraulic lines. When my wife gets home I'll crawl underneath and let her pump the clutch lever. Maybe redoing both lines with pipe tape?

UPDATE: It looks like the bleeder line was leaking. I crawled underneath with a box wrench and to my surprise the bolt moved a further 16th of a turn. The clutch now releases. I still have to watch for leaks.
