The only improvement I can think of would be a thick coat of tar and a generous helping of feathers.

Hey RJ....I heard that about beauty also, only it went: beauty is only skin deep, but ugly goes all the way to the bone!!

Interesting question indeed...however my personal opinion is that it is irrelevant. 

To paraphrase someone else's quote...The insurmountable problem is the poor judgment of a depraved electorate willing to have such a person as their senator.  This is the unfortunate reality that sometimes causes me to lose sleep at night.
