Had a nice thing happen today.

Went to Lowes In Leesville, La. today and saw a decked out Standard in the parking lot next to a Harley.  Was in the checkout line, and spotted a guy with a VRCC patch on his vest.  Couldnt believe my eyes, found out he lives in Deridder, same town I moved to the end of last summer.  Been around these parts for years, and never met or seen  the dude before, even at any of the shindigs.  Now this area is Podunk Junction, and dont know how we have missed bumping into each other.  Seemed like a great guy and we both got some digs into his Harley Bud.  Anyhoo, long story short, I may have another riding bud.  Been sans Internet for the last 6 mo or so, finally bit the bullet and got on Hughes Net, so have some catching up to do.
