Wheel Chock Update

I started out with 2' x 8' of plywood then someone on this board mentioned a while back to put a piece of rubber mat or rubber backed rug to the bottom of the plywood to keep the thing from moving.  Well, I got to thinking about the rubber weave stuff you can get for shelves. Used some spray adhesive, put it on the back of a 2' x 3' piece of plywood and words like a charm. Heck of a lot easier to move around and stays put when you put the bike in the chock .....

Yours looks nice, I'm jealous of your floor covering  ;)

I bolted mine to a half inch steel plate that weighs about 10 tons, and stretched it out with
a car jack... I guess we have the same one... seems like it wasn't quite made for a bike as
big as a Valkyrie... kind of pinched the tire before I stretched it out...
