Chopper

I ride a long way to work everyday and that gets my head spinning about new ideas. I saw some time ago where someone converted his valk into a chopper. I was just wondering if it required a handyman or a rocket scientist to start such a project. I like the bike they way it is but I just get in the mood for something different sometimes. Thanx for any info anyone has
