The Mystery Continues - All Help Welcome

I have a wobble that can be felt when rolling the Valkyrie down the driveway.  
When I ride at  5 mph, I can feel it.

I have adjusted the steering stem ( 3 times).  The frontend feels tight and there is no binding.

It could be coming from the backend, I am not sure

There is a new set of Cobra's on her.
I had a new set of Dunlop's and went back and got the Cobras, so it should not be the tires.

Front wheel bearings  have been replaced.

I have changed the shock bushing also.

I have had the bike up on a lift and spun both tires, all seems fine.

Only 18,400 miles on my 1998 Valkyrie.

Any ideas sugestion are welcome.

Have you put it up on a jack or lift and give the front tire a spin and give it a look, also put it in gear and let it idle up in the air and looked over the rear tire?

At that low of a speed, I would suspect a tire that might not be fully seated on the rim, a tire with a bad belt, or a bent wheel.

Did it appear all at once or gradually getting worse?

I mounted a front tire and it drove me nuts trying to balance it to ride smooth. I put the bike in the air, spun the tire and thought it was a out of round tire, but it was actually not correctly seated.
But with the 2nd set of tires, sounds like the tires may not be the issue.

I had a Avon mounted on the rear years ago, i lifted the back tire off the ground with the lift and put a dial indicator on it, and it was out of round by almost a 1/2 inch, the dealer took it back, and when they put on the new tire i told them to check it for true or i wont be so friendly when i come back next time. Also just last summer had a new Non Motorcycle tire    installed and it was moving side to side, i guess i have seen it all.

You are a little vague about the tire situation.

Did it do the same thing with both the Dunlops and the Cobra's?

If not, I would suspect a bad tire.
