Since I grew up in East Texas, I wanted to chime in with some brotherly advice.

Duct tape..... good.....Bungee cord.. bad.... What, are you trying to look like an outsider?

Get some bailing wire and Da Altima will be Da Road Ready!  :2funny:

Hmmmm....I thought the bailing wire was a west Texas regional thing? Here in central Texas it's duct tape and zip ties...I used duct tape and bungee cord 'cause I was trying to fit in! :D

I used to have to search the ditches for some old barbed wire pieces.  All my bikes had a pair of pliers in the tool kit. Have had to shore up some pieces from time to time when riding in the sand and dirt. Usually had a small amount of tools in the trunk or under the seat of my cars. Bungie cords are cheating.

Well, just dropped Da Altima off at the body shop. 4-5 days. About $2300 damage on the inital assessment.

Driving a Jeep...pilot...compass, commander, liberty, cherokee thing...dunno...can't tell the difference in their current models...some sort of crossover...not a jeep. Not 4wd. Not a car. Not an SUV...or maybe sort of an SUV for little-bitty short peoples...or maybe it's a tall, fat, short station wagon?

Anyway...hope to be back to normal by this time next week...
