Took another trip to a hospital today....

this time to see one of my favorite Uncles....it was only about an hours drive up there....he had a knee replacement surgery this morning and will have to spend 2-3 days there....my Aunt was sick, so she couldn't be there at the hospital with him....he seemed to be in good spirits, but was nodding off a lot.....they had a morphine drip button he could use to dull the pain...he was slurring his words at first, but I could understand him better after a while....when they brought his dinner, I told him goodbye and that I would let him eat and get some rest but that I would check up on him later this week....I surely hope that I don't have to be admitted to a hospital ANYTIME soon....but I do understand that they are a necessary thing when we are down......

I hope Unc does well with the new knee. I've been told I'll have to have one in a few years. Let us know how he does.
