It's not the incident.  It's the response to the indicent that is someone's fault.

Hey, I looked at the video earlier and you could clearly see the oil gushing out. Now, 10 pm eastern it looks different, just a blurr really. Could that be a good thing?

Hummmm sounds like ya'll are some real subsea deepwater oil experts.... maybe ya should send in yer ideas.....It is a tragic event.  But birds with oil on them is much more important than the 11 lost lives.... according to the news...

The news people are whacked anyways.  I bet if one of the 11 lost lives was one of the news media's kin, the story would be a little different.  Well, then again, maybe not.  They are so brain washed, even having someone close to them wouldn't force them to change their stance....
