Trunk Mounting Hardware Inquiry

[MancoIII]

1999 Valkyrie Interestate (Black)

Does anyone have information on part number(s) for the chrome mounting platform for the trunk?  This platform is also the attachment point for the radio antenna.  Mine has acquired some corrosion and either needs replacing or rechroming.
