Dan Marc RV parts

I ordered the electric shut off valve from Dan Marc on 6/8/10, I did not get an e-mail confirmation and I have emailed them twice, once on 6/10 and this morning. I have had no reply. 

Anybody had any problems with them?

Nor me in Spain took about 12 days from order to delivery here which is typical for anything to get across the pond. Maybe away on holidays or sick?

Try just calling them sometimes a call will get faster a response.

I tried and left a message because I never get a person. I may have screwed up the online order, just wish I could make contact with them.

I did. A while back I ordered 3 shut offs. Got two of them pretty quick. Took me 2 1/2 months to get the other. Wouldn't answer my e-mail or phone. Finally got in touch with him. Will order from another place before buying from him.

Frustrated-this guy will not answer a phone call or message left. He does not respond to e-mails. I am ready to tear the bike apart to replace the u-joint and would like to do it all at once. Anyone know where to get the valve other than this guy. I looked on-line and can not find it anywhere else.
