86 year old woman "Tazed" in bed

What can a 86 year woman in her bed wearing a oxygen mask do to make a cop tazer her?  I know there are 2 sides of every story but if this happened the way the article says I hope the family takes every penny the cops involved have and will ever earn.  What I'd really like to do is strap them down in a pysch ward and taze them for 3 or 4 days straight just to give them dose of their own medicine.

an El Reno police officer told another cop to "Taser her!" and wrote in his police report that he did so because the old woman "took a more aggressive posture in her bed," according to the complaint.

Wow, of course you have to get all the facts.....but I am telling you, when an 80-something  grandma takes a more aggressive posture in her bed..... well that's just downright scary.

If this cop was my client, I'd tell him to come up with a better story than that.  The jury will laugh so hard they'll get a hernia, right before they convict him of an aggravated assault on grandma.

I don't know the details of this story but any cop whose department tazes is required to be tazed themselves prior to certification.

This is the kind of crap that happens in Denver every year.  Rarely are there any criminal repercussions but it usually costs the local governments millions in civil court.
