If I say so myself, I looked pretty brawny in my Navy summer whites.  And as I stood in line at the Long Beach  Naval Hospital pharmacy, I wasn't the only one who thought so----a young boy kept staring at my arms.  Eventually, he whispered something to his mother, who, in turn, leaned over to me.  "My son wants to know," she said, "if you have a can of spinach in your shirt.                Loy McDonald
