Went and had lunch with a beautiful lady today....

My little sister, Lil Bit.  You know, as the Louisiana State Rep, you just have to pay your respects to the Colorado State Rep when in Colorado.    Yeah right - I just had to see my sister again.

We are going to be having some Q tomorrow I think, but Lil Bit is going to be working, so we met her today for lunch.  She recommended we meet at this cool, funky pizza place.



So, we met her at noon (My brother Bear and I).  After well over a year since I had seen her, it sure was good to see my little sister again - and what a beautiful lady.



It was just like it was yesterday but lunch did give us time to catch up on old times and tell old war stories like the Hard6 blowing up on peanuts in Alabama and such.  We dug on some pizza.



And some awesome sundays with real ice cream.



Man, it did my heart good to spend some time with lil sis.  Trust me, it did my heart good.  Then we gave her a ride home and promised to try and see her again tomorrow.

You gotta love having extended family and her family sure is extended kin folks of mine.  Good times.



We sure got to relive some good ol' times from days past on the road.

Awesome!  Glad you are able to do some visiting while you are in the states this time!  And I agree, the Kinter family is awesome and an extended part of our family, as well!  I hope you are having an awesome time on your travels!

Yep, sure is a pretty lady. Looking at those pictures.....man, talk about a rose between two eggplants.

Yeah, Lil' Bit is one fine lady. And she gets more prettier every time I see her. But the best thing about her is the beauty that comes from within.

Aww! Thanks Strider and Bear for having lunch with me! I had so much fun! Waiting for over a year to cath up is just not working out too well. But it sure was awesome to see you both today. I just wish Jill could have made it too!

I'm really bummed about missing the BBQ tomorrow- but I'm really glad for the time we got to spend together today. I wish we could do it a lot more often!
