Ride on A HD Sunday,

I have a Tourer and love it. My next door bud is a HD guy to the bone. He is cool and builds some very nice stuff. Has his own dyno!. He has a 06 Road Glide which he has done a few LOL engine mods to say the least. As I was doing an oil change and minor service on the Valk he ask if I would take his bike on the Sunday ride. I didnt at first cause its his bike but said ok. Surprised my GF, she didnt seam too thrilled but she likes to ride so ok. It isnt a dog, most likely would pull my Valk whish isnt stock. It has a 117 Zipper's engine in it which he built. Man that thing pulls. 120 and still pulling hard.
We road @150 miles and it was very hot,plus the air cooled HD didnt help. The bike is very nice,save for the seat but ran perfectly all day. It doesnt look or sound like the 125 or so hp it has but it does go. Thanked him for the use of the bike. Will be staying with the Valk, It just fits be better.It will hurt your feelings if you were to play with him. He is building a 100 inch Sporty now , that will be way fun, should run in the 9's!Was fun to try  a different bike. Hd's can be cool.

i test rode a victory, after about 30 or so miles i was sooooo happy to feel how smooth my valk is!  i'm sure your buddy has a nice cycle.  i'm just a woosie for comfort.

(it is nice to ride other bikes once in a while.)
