SIDE STAND LIGHT IS BURNT OUT IN MY 99 STANDARD.   I HAVE POWER TO THE PLUG.  ANYONE KNOW WHAT NUNBER BULB AND HOW TO GET TO IT?

Look in the Honda Directline parts fiche. The bulb is #2 in the parts fiche and its listed as: Bulb (T10) 34908-MB9-871     $2.50. Take the screw out from the back of the tach #20 in the parts fiche and remove the cover. You should be able to get to the bulb to replace it. I hope this is what you are looking for, if not maybe I misunderstood your post.
