found a broken exhaust stud on the left front.
i took off the left side exhaust, removed the broken piece, now

should i replace all the studs or just the ones that "look" bad?

p.s. bought 6 new studs/nuts and 3 gaskets.

thanks

p.p.s. i think i found the popping i've been looking for too :D

I wouldn't mess with the studs that will still work. Put anti-seize on the threads when you
reinstall the nuts, and carefully recheck the nuts after the first few rides as the new gaskets
get fully seated...

i have to say, if you can swing it, but a lift(not a jack), picked up a "hanley" lift used for 500
best money we ever spent.
no more crawling around on the floor for THIS fat old man :cooldude: :cooldude:
