Cable lube question

I think I should lube my throttle cables... 12 years old- 45,000 miles...... I've been told not to use  WD-40 or any oil-based stuff, no  3-in-1 oil or anything like that.

I have a couple types of other lube here but cannot tell if it's teflon-based.

Saturday at a Honda/Suzuki dealer, I saw a  can of  Chain/Cable lube spray... I was going to buy it, but I thought it was odd to have the same lube for either the drive chain or cables....

Another Honda dealer I was at a week earlier  and they didn't have anything on the self to suggest.

Not sure what to use...  I have an old can of  Tri-Flow spray teflon that's pretty old and just about empty... can't seem to find a new, fresh can anywhere for sale.

This is what I use, most bicycle shops carry it.

I use Triflow... I got a little bottle, like the white lightning bottle, at the bike store... got a can
at the Honda dealer...

My throttle cables were terrible when I got my bike, over three years ago... lubed them with triflow,
and they still work great.

If you can't find stuff locally, Amazon has Triflow...

Thanks guys... I guess I just have to look harder...  I thought maybe they didn't make Tri-flo any more...
