     SADLY MORE AND MORE STATES WILL LOOK TO WRITING SPEEDING TICKETS AS A WAY TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR BUDGET SHORTFALLS

and then they ( the state/city/county/ect) make stupid speed limits on roads...  there are county roads around here tha the speed limit is 30 mph on, the roads are staight, flat, and have very little else accessing them (ie driveways, ect).  they are speed traps....  more $$$$$ for the GOVT.....
