brightest light bulb?

What is the brightest bulb I can use for the headlight on a standard? I do not want to have to rewire anything, just replace the bulb.

I think without going to HID.... Sylvania Silverstar comes to mind.  I got one in my VTX and two in my Interstate....

I picked up a 90/130 watt offroad from JC Whitney that does a good job.
