As kids we would go out late a night and switch our niebors garbage bins. Why? I couldn't tell you, but we thought it was hilarious.

I'd be tempted to do this now if I lived in Cleveland. It's just my sick sense of humor and disrespect for convention and conformity.

If you ever find yourself in a sanitation strike, then you should wrap your garbage in wrapping paper and leave it in an unlocked car. Someone will take it away from you.
Tracking bins? This is why I'm glad no one comes after my trash. Sounds like a hassle. Every once in a while I just load it into the volvo and drive it to a dump site. Seems to work well.
