Not bike related, but I need help with cage problem

All,
  I'm trying to figgure out whats wrong with my wifes car, and have got a few different directions to go and was hoping some on this board could help me out.
  Details:
  2004 Mazda MPV
  Engine light steady on
  Vehicle is very rough at idle but appears to smooth out at speed
  Trouble codes come back as:
      O2 sensor 1 low voltage
      Lean Bank One
      Lean Bank Two
  I have had suggestions ranging from a bad O2 sensor to leaks in intake manifold to leaks in O rings around injectors.  I'm not quite buying the injector leak yet as there is no moisture or smell of gas around the engine or the compartment.  Any body have any suggestions?

The intake is a possibility...  With the engine running, take a can of 'Carb Cleaner' spray, and use short bursts of spray, directed around the base of the intake manafold...  If you get a sudden surge in rpm, different color (white) exhaust, or any change in how she is running, chances are you've got a Manafold leak.

Same troubles/codes happened to me, on my '03 Suburban.  Tried to hear the leak, with a stethascope, but too much other noise.  The Carb spray works well, when it works.

Change the O2 sensor and see how it runs. A bad sensor can throw other codes. At least it has for me. I had a EGR valve go bad and it caused alot of ruffness at idel. Sometimes wouldn't start.

If you have a scan tool check your long and short term fuel trim values. if the long term is above 15-20%at idle but not at cruising speeds,you have a vacuum leak.I doubt you need an O2 sensor

I had a vehicle that came up with the same codes a few years ago.
Lean right bank
Lean left bank
Turned out to be the fuel pump.  It was not putting out enough pressure.
You mite try a new fuel filter first.
Time is not what is taken but what remains.

Scroll down .. might , might be a "Throttle position sensor =(idle sensor)" or a "Crank position sensor"?

I had an EGR valve sit open and the things would hardly idle but ran ok above that. These are usually fairly easy to check.
