Remember the guy that got pulled over in Maryland by the off duty cop and had a piece pulled on him for videoing him?

Not addressed was the fact the officer had not ID'd himself which prompted some posters here to remark that a shoot-out might have occurred being many of us carry, and the Leo's actions could have been taken for a life threatening situation.

He could easily (and likely justifiably) been shot. I sure hope his department checked the "too stupid to be a real cop" box on his file.
