Harley Batwing Faring

I installed a Harley Batwing Faring on my Vulcan and now that I am in the process of buying a 2002 Std. Valk I thought I would possibly go with a faring on it as well.  Has anyone used the Harley faring and what mods if any are necessary?  Thanks for any help!
