Reverse phone number lookup?

Alright, I've got a cell phone number of a business guy in phoenix that I don't know his last name.  AT&T will do a reverse number look up for free on land lines but I can not find a website that will do a cellular number for free, and I don't want to spend the 99 cents for some internet scam site that will take me for a hell of a lot more then a buck after their all done!!  Why is it they can advertise a "free" service, but want you to pay a buck????

kinda like that "free credit report .com" crap!!  HELL IF IT'S FREE!!

Does anyone know how to find out the persons name for a cell phone number?

I used to have some software on my old box, that was called Switchboard.    It did reverse lookups, private party, company's and etc.

I haven't seen it or used it for over a year, so I'm just assuming it is still that way and yes, it was FREE.   I never put it on thiss new box.  Never used it that much.

Do a Google search for Switchboard and you will find several options there.  Some free and some ya have to pay.
