Thinking about selling it, yup, thinking about going to a wing, its got everything on it but fog lamps and a CB, 47K miles and an Ultimate Lowboy.
Should I wait till spring to sell it or now? Wonder what its worth?

Suggest you spend some time on a Wing before making the move.  I bought one last fall and then could not bear to part with the Valk.  While the Wing has a more comfortable ride and handles like a much smaller bike, with that full front faring, you feel like you are riding in a big cardboard box; not connected to the road.  Now, for the long trips we take the Wing to keep my wife happy, but for everything else, I'm still on the Valk. My Valk is a Tourer.  I'm pretty sure  if it had been an Interstate, I'd never have bought the Wing.

Your choice... but I think IF you sell it now you will get much less than what you might in the Spring.  This is the season of selling bikes (not riding them) and with the economy, people are looking for super deals now from people that want to unload their toy.    I would wait til spring unless I needed the money or the room in the garage.....

I've heard some Interstates have been selling for under $6K.  I would wait.

I've been talking to my wife about building a third stall garage, maybe that valk would look good in there while my truck sets on the street???

Oh I can wait to sell the I/S if I have to. My old 97 Tourer handled waaaay different than the I/S but I liked the factory stereo on the I/S than a car stereo the saddle bag and J&M handlebar speakers and the I/S trunk but the top weight is awkward to a 5'6" guy.  The Wing seems more balanced to me after riding it a couple hundred miles. I guess if I could put my glass paks on the wing.....................

You are absolutely right. The center of gravity was really lowered a lot on the current Wing so that it handles like a dream and the adjustable suspension allow you to go from comfort to a sporty ride at the turn of a knob.
