90 degree Valva stem

put a short straight stubby regular stem in there like i did,,,,dont have to worry about those breaking,,,

But wouldn't the 90 degree Valva stem actually be considered "male parts"?   

I can get mine to 90 degrees...  it hurts and may have malfunctioned a few times...  but it hasn't broke yet.
