yeah it was a tough job.i didn't think it was going to be this involving. i thought that all she needed was just a new cylinder head and cover. but upon closer inspection i noticed that an engine mount and a transmission mount had broken, and the radiator was bent and broken and all other kinds of damage that was not visible at first, such as a bent frame. but a blow torch and a heavy mallet it was bent back in shape.


here is me just jumping into the job. like i said i did not think the damage was that bad at first. but as i went along i saw things wrong so , now that 1999 honda valk has a 2000 engine. she said it sounds better than it did before.. these 2 pics are from the first time i saw it. you can see damage done to the front right. like i said it didn't look all that bad till you got into it,lol but it is finished and i can't believe that the carbs sound tuned and everything is running smooth. all thanks to you people and to this great site, i am glad i came accross it.yes that is me,lol...
