This is the one I bought. I paid $81.77 after my 10% discount. Maybe I should buy a couple of them and sell them on Ebay for twice the price I paid for them WOW I never buy anything from Ebay unless I can't find it anywhere else.

i wouldn't think so - there's nothing in the description to lead someone to believe it is the rack:
