was Jet Hot coated, and when putting a new gasket on it (two pieces) they meet on the left side, but there is a 1/4" gap on the right side (looking straight on from the front). Anyone out there that can shed light on this, I would once again be a happy camper. TIA Busser
PS I'm "blacking out" the beast and will post pics when done.

Busser; My gasket is one piece. But even if it had a space, I'd fill with some gasket seal. No liquids in there just keeping dirt out.
