If we are talking about the same light bar, Yes it will.

PS:   Anything can be modified to fit anything.

As in this case.

Everything is modified to fit, from the radiator to the rear bumper.

If you are talking about the N920, you will have to lower the bar or cut the bottom of the windshield.
