I got my shrouded fans setup last night. It does cool considerably better. But I did make another discovery. The fans pull so much air  that it doesn't all make it past the blower. The air is "short cycling", it blows down under the radiator and then is sucked back in the front.
I'm going to fab up a diverter to force the air flow down away from the radiator.

The biggest downside to this project is now my pods don't fit... again... so I'll have to make new mounts for them also.

Really need to work on a cool air intake setup again, that air under the tank get very hot.

IIRC your supercharger makes so much power
that at idle in heavy traffic, hot day, you're on the verge of overheating.
You were lookin for a way to draw in more air (shroud)
and now it's not working well enough. Wow, ya gotta divert
air away from the air intake. So, I'd like to ask, could you move the rad further down the bike?, or, could one use one of those
long vertical axis rads from other honda bike?    Just interested.

When you do get it where you like, could you post pics.

How about an oil cooler, or are you just trying to remove heat from around the engine/rad?
