Hi All

Does anybody know where I can find a stainless braided radiator hose?

See:

or

Seems like they are out of stock everywhere....

Let me know

In the next couple weeks or so I am going to replace the braided hose I have with a chrome hose. Send me a note or give me a call and we can talk about it. I can do something with the braided one, which is the discontinued two brothers kit, or a chrome one if you want to go that route. The chrome ones are just like the discontinued two brothers flex chrome hose kits they use to have. Also similar to the show chrome kit, also discontinued.

I bought one 3 years ago from Ecke in Germany. New stock hose with braided hose. Very nice product. I believe it was around $100.00 shipped. His email is f6ecke@web.de .  I do not know if he still is selling them.

I bought a braided ss sleeve kit (Mr. Gasket #8092) and covered the lower hose.  The aluminum clamp covers are too big, so I used pieces of drain pipe like some have used for tube toppers.  Just cut them down to 4.5" circumference.

Does this go over the existing hose, or is it the hose?

goes over the exst hose. I doubled it up on the rad hoses.

papa bear

Just get some stainless braided sleeve that fits snug, and get 2 Spectre 4168 stainless hose clamps ( at Jegs.com $7.99 ea ) and put them on the ends and it looks every bit as good as the braided hose, for about $20.
