Jill's face shield on her KBC FFR helmet needs replaced.  Xtreme Supply (formerly, Genuine Accessories) tells me the helmet and shield are discontinued but I don't know for how long.
If someone could direct me to a website that might stock this item I'd appreciate it.  So will Jill.

Ya might give this a try, since I;m not sure what shield you have.

Already been all over Google, RJ.  In fact, just got a refund from JC Whitney after I ordered a VR1 brand because I thought it was a KBC vr1 model.

I don't post here just because I'm too lazy to do my own leg work.

I'd try Motorcyclesuperstore.com. I know they have her helmet in stock, IDK about shields.

There's a new blue-tinted one on eBay, and several new clear ones as well, but the clear ones are in the UK, cost more...

I showed her those ones but she really wants the clear anti-fog. Looks like that may be the only choice she has.

I look at Motorcycle Superstore and other large outlets. Motorcycle Closeouts doesn't carry face shields.

Motorcyclegear.com carries some shield. Although if that's no help, I was just trying.

Thanks. Like I say, I'm asking for suggestions. You know, there might be that one place that carries a large inventory and has some discontinued stuff.

Found it!

Helmet Express. Ordered by phone, the sales guy (a banjo player, btw) was very helpful.

I would try Helmet Express.........

How long has she had the helmet? This might be a great time to replace it. Some folks say replace them every few years. Others say they're good forever. Personally...it's up to you but it might be easier than shipping in an international visor.

I'd go with replacing a helmet every 3 years, sooner if you have slippery fingers... I had a snowmobile helmet that was 5 years old, my girlfriend (now my wife) dropped it, and it split down the mold parting line. It was only about 15 degrees out, and it may have been a freak accident, but I figure better safe than sorry.
