Talisman Tank Bib Question...

I just got the new Talisman Tank Bib for my 2000 Interstate in the mail today. The note that came with it says to remove the the gas cap, put on the bib, and then put gas cap back on.  How do you remove the gas cap??? Thanks.

Open the gas cap.

Two screws.  They should be easy to find once the cap is opened.

Don't drop the screws in the tank. Maybe use a rag or some blue tape.
