shifter shaft seal.

Can some one link me up with Daniel Meyer's article on changing it?  I wasn't able to find it on the archives.  Thanx  Hoser

It was real straight forward:
1. Remove shifter and mark the shaft for proper placement.
2. Screw a wood screw into seal and pull out.
3. Use a socket to tap in seal and replace shifter.
