TX State Troopers Assoc.

Some joker representing the Texas State Troopers Association  called at 8:30 pm trying to panhandle me.  After I politely refused his advances, but before I hung up on him, he tried that old street ploy of  'can't you just  spare... (in his case, fifteen bucks)'.

I believe  that TX Dept. of Public Safety (the State Troopers) are the ones who ended ended up with the funds looted from our motorcycle awareness and education fund. 

If they're still strapped for cash they can go peddle their behinds down at the bus station, as far as I'm concerned.
