I think Ride-On is good in any tire.  Follow the car tire recommendations.

Can't use both. I think the goop does some balancing, but you'd probably be better off with weights.

I have mixed feeling about Rid-on. On my way home from a Valk breakfast ride to Blanco, Tx, I got a flat tire in Buda. Had a 16 penny nail in my rear, darkside tire. Blah, blah, plugged it and made it home with incident. When I pulled the rear wheel for a new d/s tire, the inside of rear fender was coated with rid-on.
Conclusion: seems all it did was postpone getting the flat tire.
