The department of homeland security now thinks people (like us) that care about America and dissagree with current government policies should be dealt with as TERRORISTS.  There was a recent letter came out of the Home Land Security office that said people banding together accross the country in these tea parties are a threat to National Security. 

Go forth and prosper.....be civil even if you are disobediant in some way......be respectful even if you have no respect for socialism and fascism being shoved down our throats.........

Funny,,, if you read our countries history, all that's happening now seems very similar to the discontent among the people, later known as patriots,  back in the mid 1700's. And I'm sure you all know what that led too!!!!

Hey I just attended my (first) Tea Party in Lafayette Park in front of the whitehouse.  I only work a block away.  Cold rain, but still a nice crowd of good citizens, in good spirit, with many funny and serious signs.  I saw no terrorists or bad behavior.  Then I had to go back to work (I hate when that happens).

I love my country!  My daughter is in the military. I listen to Rush Limbaugh, Shawn Hannity, Michel Medved, and Michale levinel. I go to church on Sunday with  my wife and daughter. I pay my taxes; I  have  car and motorcycle  insurance. I have never been arrested (although I probably should have).  I make  my mortgage payments,  and have no debts ( thank God).

But, I hate  the "Obama nation"  and  where the Democrats are taking us.

I am afraid all that makes me a domestic terrorist.

All they have to do now is read this board, and my goose is cooked

Maybe the dept is unaware of the fact and not allowing tolerance in peoples right to exercise their freedom of speech and right to assemble with just cause. Over the upsetment that our leaders have allowed this financial crises and other things by mismanaging Freddie and Fanni and allowing things like Madoff to go on. Plus there is no penalty or prison time for anyone responsible like the private sector. That in a declared state of emergency that the constitution is suspended, that Pelosi is correct that there is a tax cut but also a raising of gas tax and other assorted taxes that effectively canceled out any cut and even raises the taxes. That she is lying or at very least being deceptive about this. That she costs tax payers millions by using a private jet. That former Pres Bush has already signed a arrangement forming the North American Union. That 3% of the population meaning gays has enough clout to make the public officials in some states to actively go against the will of the majority of the people and to ok gay marriage and they are still in office. Governor Brown and girlie man Arnold instead of listening to the people endorsed and promoted gay marriage in what is really a violation of the oath of office. That the gays were taken off the list of APA of abnormal behavior by 6 members or psychiatrists. Yes they did have 140,000 members that voiced a opinion most strongly against this action. Even to the point today that the APA is only 30,000 members now. This decision was announced in San Francisco and effectively paved the way for all the decisions that are happening now. That its ok for gays to adopt and is perfectly normal but a person can go to jail for having sex with a girl or boy under the age of 18. That  the government is making more and more crimes felonies effectively removing these people from voting holding certain jobs or even protecting themselves by owning a gun of any sort. There are 7.5 million people in jail today with a yearly release rate of 300,000 to 500,000 if you take that number and add the years thats allot of people and yes there are a group of people that do want to live a normal life not all go back nor should they all be denied that freedom when we give illegal aliens more rights than our people out of prison. And before you say I'm gay bashing or any other group I'm not, they are all people too with feelings also, Just because I don't approve of a lifestyle doesn't mean I don't like the person, but I don't approve of the imposing of their rights on me, or even in the case of immigrants not to have things they have to do to join our wonderful country, or imposing their native language on me, like dial 1 for English. That the separation of Church and State in school only extends to Christianity not to Buddha or Muslim that they are allowed to hold classes in school and teach our young people. Look the list goes on and on and if the dept would realize that this is a failing of goverment  and even with the onslaught of garbage that is coming from our govt people just really want the govt to do the right thing by them and be honorable. We the People  of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. Just people coming together to promote what the constitution promised us and remind our elected officials what they have forgotten.
