I've always used OEM Honda filters on my VTX, and Valk, but ran out and wanna do an oil change on the ol' girl today

Anybody using the above filter? and could ya help me out with a part #

St-6607, Is the one I used. But st-7317 an st-3593A is also supposed to fit.

Listed on there are generic oil filters that you can buy at any auto parts store.  I personally use the WIX filters...which are also the Napa Gold filters.

the 6607 is the direct replacement for what you will now get at the dealer.  There used to be a GoldWing filter that matched up to the ST 6607 and a Valk filter that was a tad longer.  They have stopped selling the longer one, and if you buy a "Valk" oil filter from honda you will now get what used to be a GW one, and its the same as the 6607  :cooldude:
